Cup Day Cocktail Bar - Sweet Ladies Delight

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 x 250g punnet fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 50ml creme de cassis (Creme de cassis is a blackcurrant liqueur.)
  • 1 x 750ml btl champagne
  • 6 fresh strawberries , keep out of punnet for decoration at the end

How to make

  1. Place the strawberries and cassis in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly pour the champagne into the jug of the blender. Leave for 4-5 minutes. Stir until well combined. (Do not blend.)
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture among champagne flutes. Place a strawberry in the center of each glass. Serve immediately.
