Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 x 250g punnet fresh strawberries, chopped
- 50ml creme de cassis (Creme de cassis is a blackcurrant liqueur.)
- 1 x 750ml btl champagne
- 6 fresh strawberries , keep out of punnet for decoration at the end
How to make
- Place the strawberries and cassis in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour the champagne into the jug of the blender. Leave for 4-5 minutes. Stir until well combined. (Do not blend.)
- Pour the strawberry mixture among champagne flutes. Place a strawberry in the center of each glass. Serve immediately.
